P-O-P businesses prior to selling to the world's largest marketing and advertising group, IPG in New York, in 1999. David was the founder chairman of POPAI in the UK, has served at all levels globally, and is still the only ever UK winner of the POPAI Presidents Award. David divides his time between assisting the ongoing development of Valley with his other interests in Screen Media and Retail Technology. With over 40 years retail marketing experience, his specialist industry knowledge is second to none.

Chairman John Stansfield Haggas represents the third generation of the family ownership. John has kept a steady hand on the tiller for more than forty years. Father of Jonathan, John officially retired in December 2008, though still continues to work on his own portfolio of longstanding clients on a day to day basis.
