David is one of the industry's best known personalities - he created and ran one of the UK's major P-O-P businesses prior to selling to the world's largest marketing and advertising group, IPG in New York, in 1999. David was the founder chairman of POPAI in the UK and is still the only ever UK winner of the POPAI Presidents Award. David divides his time between assisting the ongoing development of Valley with his other interests in digital retail marketing.
