William Grant and Son Case Study

William Grant and Sons have a vast brand portfolio featuring some of the most recognisable global spirit brands. Within a competitive market at a key sales period, they needed a stand out in-store solution to deliver an impactful, engaging and interactive branded space for their full range of spirits.
Our experienced design team created an immersive, magical Winter Wonderland aesthetic presenting product ranges as seasonal gifting. Enabling TapScan as part of the display created an engaging space for the customer, whilst delivering a digital and physical brand experience with bespoke product landing pages generating important customer insight. QR codes led the consumer to exclusive cocktail recipes to try themselves, furthering the brand experience at home.

Cocktail for success

The activation was launched in Sainsbury’s stores across the UK resulting in an 84% increase in overall William Grant sales within stores featuring the display. The data we immediately obtained through TapScan offered instant insight into consumer interaction and product selection. A sales increase of +130% was seen on certain product lines exceeding brand expectations and offering a detailed understanding of shopper habits.
